Skyler has complete agenisis of the corpus callosum. She was diagnosed with having hypotonia at 9 months, migraines at 3, and C-ACC 2 days before her 4th birthday. We had a MRI to check out her migraines and found the c-acc. I have a 6yr. old with C.H.A.R.G.E Syndrome and Tourette's so it has been very hard to cope. Skyler has an average intelligence, a great big smile, and loves to dance. As far as how the C-ACC she doesn't walk for extended amounts of time due to getting exhausted quickly, she has problems writing, usin scissors, she gets frustrated very easily, and she doesn't like being left alone. She has went through some sensory problems and I guess she still does. She hates noise. She wouldn't eat or take a pacifier when she was a baby. She nursed solely until she was 2.5 years old. She wouldn't wear anything other than loose dresses, wouldn't walk or crawl on certain surfaces, and was scared of touching things. I think it is an inspiration to me to see Skyler try so hard to push herself to do things in life.
